Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Compensation Specialist:
Administer and process high-volume transactional requests related to field technician pay plans, ensuring compliance with company policies. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate payment calculations for field operations teams. Serve as the primary contact for compensation-related inquiries, providing clear and timely explanations to employees and managers. Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and leverage technologies like ZenDesk to support internal and external partners. Support process improvement initiatives, including the expansion of compensation tools to streamline processes.
Required Skills for Compensation Specialist:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a transactional compensation, accounting, or customer service role. Proven experience handling high-volume transactions and resolving inquiries. Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems like Workday and ICM systems such as Xactly or Callidus. Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
