Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Influencer Manager II:

• Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for influencers attending global events, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

• Serve as the primary liaison for influencers, ensuring all travel needs are met with precision and tailored to individual preferences.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics with event schedules, ensuring a cohesive and efficient experience.

• Maintain meticulous records of travel itineraries and expenses, providing clear documentation and communication to all stakeholders.

• Support on-site event production, managing vendor relationships and assisting with day-of logistics.

Required Skills for Influencer Manager II:

• 3-5 years of experience in travel coordination, event logistics, or a related field, ideally within the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality sectors.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with VIPs and diverse teams.

• Proficiency in coordinating international travel, including understanding visa and entry requirements.

• Familiarity with travel booking systems and a detail-oriented approach to service delivery.
