IDR is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting mission-critical healthcare systems, ensuring operational excellence, and managing incident response efforts within a highly integrated healthcare technology environment. Position Overview for the Production Support Analyst:
- Responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting of complex healthcare systems.
- Lead deployment governance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system health and data integrity.
- Develop SOPs, conduct root-cause analysis, and enhance automation efforts to improve operational maturity.
- Support managed file transfers, batch jobs, and EDI transactions while automating Linux-based processes.
Requirements for the Production Support Analyst:
- Strong background in operations or production support roles.
- Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, Linux, SQL, or MFT tools.
- Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business teams.
- Passion for mentoring others and driving operational maturity.
