DescriptionThe Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for the support, configuration, and optimization of Workday modules across the organization. This role combines technical expertise, HR systems knowledge, and strong analytical skills to improve system functionality, maintain data integrity, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure Workday is effectively meeting business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration & Optimization
- Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and related integrations.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows.
- Perform system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and stability.
- Test and validate new features and integrations.
End-User Support & Training
- Provide responsive support to users and resolve system issues.
- Develop training materials and deliver system training as needed.
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and ongoing data quality initiatives.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and analysis.
Compliance & Security
- Stay current with Workday updates and HR tech trends.
- Maintain role-based access and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience supporting Workday systems.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration and data management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and Learning modules.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Workday certification(s) required.
Preferred:- Experience with Workday Learning.
- Involvement in system upgrades or new module implementations.
